I write case studies (customer success stories) and customer newsletters for this innovative and exciting company that strengthen customer relationships and promote sales.
To gain an in-depth understanding of the business challenges and issues involved and deliver an interesting and relevant case study, I first research the particular product attributes and benefits before talking to the Polycom partner who implemented the solution. I then interview the end-user customer for real-world user experience before writing the 750 words needed for each case study.
