Case studies (customer success stories) represent what good marketing is all about - understanding the customer and communicating genuine benefits! Writing a case study not only allows me to interview end-users but also to gain deeper insights into your products or services and deliver more relevant, targeted communication.
As an integral part of a communication strategy, case studies support the sales effort, demonstrate credibility in specific market sectors and deliver critical information directly into the hands of prospects and customers. They represent the real-world proof points for a company's product, confirming its value and highlighting it benefits.
Case studies can be produced and used in printed format, electronically as PDF or html e-mailers - or as content on the company website.
I have researched, written (and designed) hundreds of case studies for dozens of clients across several market sectors including IT, pharmaceutical, financial, telecoms and automotive.
For your case studies, I can either take responsibility for the whole process including information-gathering, interviewing, writing and editing to length and tone of voice. Or I can simply rewrite a pre-existing case study for whatever reason - to 'Anglicise' it, to highlight alternative corporate messaging or simply to reduce the word count while keeping it coherent and true to the original messaging.
